Bios

 Natasha Vialva is the Small Business / Supplier Diversity Program Administration for Siemens USA. With this role Natasha has been able to create and maintain a cohesive Small Business program for the 8 divisions with Siemens USA. Prior to this role, Natasha has worked in Procurement and Procurement support for her 11 years at Siemens.

Natasha is a native of Toronto, Canada and has a Bachelor of Technology Degree. She has also received her SBLO certification from Alliance of Supplier Diversity Professionals.



 Ms. Michelle M. Picard, a Finance Professional with more than 15 years in the Transportation Industry currently performing the role of Director, Business Governance and Risk Management and DBE Liaison Officer for Siemens Industry Inc., Rail Systems Division headquartered in Sacramento, CA.

Graduated cum laude from the California State University of Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in international business and a Master of Arts in French.

Previous positions have included Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Officer and a variety of commercial project management and business administration roles, serving most recently as Director, Operations Controlling directing the planning, controlling and reporting activities for several functions including manufacturing, engineering, scheduling, quality and logistics.
