 Presenters:

William Chavez (Will) is our Senior Small Business Specialist at DLA Land and Maritime.  While William is well versed in all of the Small Business and socio-economic programs, but specializes in the "8(a) Program" for Small Disadvantaged Business, and the "Women-Owned Small Business Program."  Mr. Chavez started his Government employment in 1962 as an Air Force Medic, and joined the Office of Small Business Programs in  1971. All of the Specialists in our office think of William as our Key player, and you should look to Mr. Chavez as your Key to success in doing business with DLA.

Rosella B. Lynn serves as a Contracting Officer in the Maritime Supplier Operations at Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime. Ms. Lynn works with an Integrated Supplier Team of material and inventory management, technical and quality, engaging in procurement from simplified to complex acquisitions in support of the warfighter.
