Join us for the 9th Annual National Small Business Federal Contracting Week - DC Summit presented jointly by the National Association of Small Business Contractors (the Supplier Council of The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce) and the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce being held in Washington DC.

[Looking for a hotel?  Our team members traveling into DC frequently stays in hotels near to Reagan International Airport (DCA).  These hotels are often reasonably priced and convenient to the airport, metro and readily available cabs for transportation.  Here is a list of potential hotels for you. And, should you decide to take the metro to the meeting, take the Blue Line to the Metro Center Metro Station (which is a 5-10 minute walk to our meeting location).  Also cabs are plentiful and affordable - so, you can book a room anywhere in the region and get to the meeting facility very easily.]

This popular event boasts a robust agenda that includes:

  • Increased focus on assuring small business federal contractors secure our fair share of federal contracting (taxpayer) dollars
  • Access to federal agencies and prime contractors (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the list of agencies and prime contractors who have confirmed)
  • Timely education and information on current trends, opportunities and threats to small business contractors
  • Legal education important for teaming, joint ventures and related topics
  • Connections to potential teaming and joint venture partners
  • Taking new ground - setting a course for the future with specific FY 2013 objectives
  • Influence on The Hill -- connecting votes to action for our congressional leaders
