Guest Presenters:
 

Stephanie Barclay is an associate in the Government Contracts, Federal-State Programs, and Litigation practice groups.

Ms. Barclay is a member of the Idaho Bar. She is currently not admitted in the District of Columbia but is supervised by principals of the firm.
 

Anuj Vohra is an associate in the firm’s Government Contracts practice, where he advises clients on a range of contracting matters including issues of contract proposal, performance and compliance, and litigates such matters before the GAO, federal courts, and agency boards.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vohra was a Trial Attorney with the Commercial Litigation Branch of the United States Department of Justice, where he was a member of the bid protest team. At the Department of Justice, Mr. Vohra represented the United States in commercial disputes before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of International Trade. Mr. Vohra has extensive first-chair experience litigating issues involving various procurement statutes and regulations such as the Tucker Act, the Contract Disputes Act, the Competition in Contracting Act, and provisions of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
