This Ask the Expert: Federal Contracting session will begin with a brief overview of resources available for the basics, provide a guided tour in researching where to fine those last minute contracts,  followed by an opportunity to “Ask The Expert” those advanced technical questions.  If you are new to Federal Contracting and need to navigate the system or have experience and need technical assistance, this meeting is for you.

Join Gary Harlin, USWCC / ASBC Federal Contracting Expert to get answers to your contracting question. 

Formerly the Director for the Cross Timbers Procurement Technical Assistance Center at University of Texas in Arlington, Gary Harlin spent 15 years where he managed the center, in addition to conducting individual counseling, training and other assistance to small business owners in the procedures necessary to locate and bid on government contracts.   

Gary Harlin is currently is the lead for the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce  and the American Small Business Chamber of Commerce Federal Contracting Support Program.   He provides small business owners with individual counseling, group training, and other assistance in methods and procedures which help increase small business potential winning government contracts.
