About Me
Lauren Bell has worked in the US and internationally in both public and private sectors for over 20 years. Lauren founded the boutique operations consulting firm LaCire, which focuses on small business, nonprofit, and philanthropic sector operations. She has also provided subject matter expertise in public health planning and capabilities analyses domestically throughout the COVID-19 response and internationally throughout Sub-Saharan Africa and created meta-analyses for cross-border pandemic preparedness studies. Lauren was also previously a project director and conducted meta-analyses on the effectiveness of health-focused humanitarian missions throughout the South Pacific and South America. Lauren holds a Masters of Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy (UC Berkeley). She also graduated Summa Cum Laude from Howard University School of Engineering.
